Garbage and Cleaning

We are committed to promoting cleanliness within the community. We urge all residents to help maintain cleanliness in common areas by disposing of their trash properly, refraining from littering, and reporting any issues to the HOA. Additionally, we encourage residents to keep their yards and homes clean and tidy, as it reflects positively on the community. We thank all residents for their commitment to keeping our community clean and safe.

Pets

We are committed to promoting the preservation and respect of beautiful original wild life. We strongly encourage all homeowners and members of the community to be mindful of the environment and take steps to ensure that all pet owners are responsible stewards of the land. We recommend that pet owners keep their pets on a leash, clean up after their pets, and be mindful of the impact their pet may have on local wildlife. We also encourage pet owners to provide their pets with proper identification and vaccinations to ensure the safety of their pet and the community.

Renters

We have a responsibility to ensure that all renters in the community abide by the same rules and regulations that apply to homeowners. It is the responsibility of the owners to ensure that their renters are aware of and follow all HalHa rules and regulations. Owners are also responsible for the behavior of their renters and should take appropriate action if their renters are in violation.. Any failure to do so can result in fines and other penalties for the owner.

Light, Sound and Smell

We understand how important it is to maintain a pleasant living environment, so we take noise, light, and smell very seriously. To ensure that everyone in the community can live in peace and comfort, we ask that all residents be mindful of noise levels after 1030pm, refrain from using bright lights at night, and avoid using fragrances that may be unpleasant to others. We thank you for helping us create a safe and enjoyable place to live.
